Armelle Vhen - Tattooist
Originally from Belgium I am a nomadic soul who found a home here at Vellum Tattoo.
Interested in the culture of body modification from a very young age, I started working in a tattoo studio as a receptionist in 2010 where I quickly evolved to Body Piercing, and now, Tattooing. I draw inspiration from everywhere but I am particularly interested in art, nature, science and ancient cultures. Getting tattooed is leaving with more than a permanent souvenir. It is being brave, going through a challenge, pushing borders, telling a story or remembering a time. It is creating a piece you will be proud of and sharing that moment together. This is a field of constant evolution and learning and this is why I am passionate about it.
